I wondered if he'd be there.. the IS300 guys really make a showing at these sorts of things.
No offense to Tom, but they all seem pretty stuck-up to me.

I guess that's what happens when you have a cool car, and not a Neon.

lol yeah i've gone to a few of there meets if your in there lil "club" they are pretty ok but if they dont know you they would for sure come across that way. PLus they all do kind of keep to them selfs.

Guess who won Hottest Dodge/Chrysler?!

Beat out 3 SRT-4's and a Chrysler 300.. not a big deal, but I know at least one of the SRT guys was pissed that I won.

ALSO, on my way there I spotted (and raced, and lost to) a blue R/T. Black wheels, striped hood and roof. No stripes on the trunk, but a big "TURBO" decal smack dab in the middle. Looked like a 3" dump out the back, too (no muffler). Nice car.

lol Nice Job man as always your car keeps adding stuff up trophy wise congrats. I was going to show up but then had to change plans mid day and run to iowa so i missed out was gunna come take a look around but didnt make it. Did you make it to the party the night before at epic at all?

Ah, sorry about that!! My car really isn't anything special.. but cleanliness and uniqueness really helps at shows like this. Judges like things done by the car owners, and not just a bunch of purchased items thrown on a car. I really don't know if I'll be showing again next year, but we'll see, it's a long time away. I just know I won't have much money to spend on the little old Neon this year.

Hope you enjoyed the show! People really have mixed feelings about it.

I thought it was good. I got ROYALLY SCREWED in my placement. But, considering they were turning people away about 30 minutes after I showed up, I guess I should just be glad I got a spot.

Pictures will hopefully be up sometime this week. I didn't have my camera, so I'll have to wait for my buddy to get his pictures to me.

I had one too, but sucks in the low light... so I used my buddies camera to take a few. Just waiting for him to send me the photos, and I'll post them up. Otherwise, there's a pretty long thread over on MNSC already with a buncha photos.
